
I have been having issues with working and dieting. Since I started work I have been kind of afloat trying to find a way to do this, while taking care of my family, my house, my laundry and facing the never-ending challenge of food at work being offered on a daily basis. I have been trying to find a way to make this work when for the last year, I was doing this at home and it was easier. So . . . for now. I have made a decision. I am going to join the gym next to where I work and go on WW Core for a while. Even if I still don't lose, I will at least maintain my current loss. I feel good about how much I have lost and I can tell that this is a real challenge with where I work. They treat their employees really well. They reward good work. My only problem is they tend to reward it with food. I need to be on a diet where I don't feel deprived, where I can eat until I am full, but I can enjoy a treat once in a while as well. I think that for now, WW Core may do that for me. I can't hurt to try. I did love eating that way when I was on it before.
I just don't know how to progress from here. I refuse to go backwards. I refuse to give up. I refuse to gain back the 60+ lbs I have lost. So, here is where I am at. I will try this again. Wish me luck guys. I welcome your thoughts and opinions as well.
