
I think I have to rethink the way I am eating. I am still going to be vegetarian. I love eating this way, but I need to cut back on quick fixes and the sugary fill-ings. I need to get more whole grains, more fat free stuff and less meat free junk. I need to make this healthier. So, I have a food guide stuck to my fridge and I am going to try to concentrate on getting the right stuff into me. If my food is so convoluted that I can't even figure out what food groups I am eating, then maybe I should pick something else, huh?
